Located at Zenkoji, this is a sort of wishing well where people donate money in return for a spiritual wish. On this particular day there was quite a lot of change in the water.

These lanterns were recently put up last week to mark the getting ready for the New Year celebrations at Zenkoji Temple in Nagano Japan.

Stuck in the middle of this cemetery I shot this stone buddha sitting in peace with Zenkoji in the backdrop. It was freezing hanging around that cemetery. Shot taken with the Nikon 28mm f/1.4 lens.
