Japan Design

These rooftop designs in Japan are fantastic. They are really strong, yet exhibit a lot of character and style. I have heard this type of roof construction is good for earthquakes, however they are a bit heavy which may be bad. Some of the structures underneath are purely made of wood which often crumble during an earthquake.
Temple of Age

A very old temple out in the boonies that is no longer in use. It’s a very cool area though with lots of mystery. I like to visit this place often in Nagano Japan.
Japanese Bike in Color

This is a photo of a bike in Japan that I took outside a hundren yen shop. I thought the blue background and the orange bike looked pretty cool together. The shot is rather tight because I had my back against the wall using a Nikon 105mm DC lens. Photo was later post processed in Photoshop.
The Snow Express Japan

This was one of the few trains running today in Nagano city. There is another snow front coming in shortly which should be interesting. I don’t mind the snow, but it has been getting pretty cold now.
